Founded by the Mallorcan poet, producer and composer Llorenç Romera Pericàs, Salvatge Cor is synonymous with constant mutation, mixing undeniable lyrical talent and sound play, with influences ranging from Antonia Font and the metaphysical trident Palau-Matas-Pons to others beyond the Atlantic like Frank Ocean, Billie Eilish or Bon Iver.
Marina Bril (sound technician), Cristian Eichborn (co-producer), Pere Font (bass), Miquel Marquet (drums), Sara Mingolla (keyboards) and Faust Morell (guitar) accompany him in this new creative era, which leaves behind the garage sound landscape of the early years to dive into superpop and neo-soul.
*bruixes..* (DiscMedi, 2019), their last full-length, opened its doors to new listeners and was awarded the Enderrock 2020 Critics Award for best new album in the Catalan Countries, the Enderrock 2020 Award for the Critique for best album of Balearic Music and the award Ciutat de Palma Bonet de Sant Pere 2019, among others.
