The olive tree is the ever-present tree in all ancient and current Mediterranean cultures as a symbol of resistance, strength and peace. 'Olea' is born from an olive tree and uses it as a driving force for its symbolism and as the axis of union between peoples, until it becomes a testimony to the disintegration of current Mediterranean cultures. 'Olea', from the Valencian company Visitants Teatre is fire, dance, music and poetry that are intertwined in a brief, intense and exciting piece of street theater.

VISITANTS was born in 1989 with the conviction of working for the theater and the artists, with the determination to build a dramaturgy that would make the public experience moments of joy. Since then, the company has created various shows, has promoted the training of artists, has investigated new languages of communication through the development of different facets and theatrical concepts and has favored the artistic evolution and professionalization of all the artists who have worked there. .
VISITANTS, in addition to being a company, is a space for research and development of Street Arts that has been creating for the public space since 1989. VISITANTS welcomes restless, critical, non-conformist and emotion-provoking creators. In recent years we have explored interventions that dialogue intimately with the public space and with more risky and committed dramatic structures that encourage the viewer to stop being so to become our accomplice, driven to make decisions during the course of the piece to complete it.
