Island Cavall is a band formed by Fernando Mateos (voice and guitar), Narcís Rodríguez (drums), Chano Morales (bass) and Javier Castillo (keyboard and guitar). Their style is a mixture of lo-fi folk and alternative and independent rock, with very suggestive rhythms. In 2014, they recorded their first, untitled, low-fidelity folk style album, formed by twelve songs, reissued later in cassette format. After a pause of a handful of years dedicated to the composition of new songs and the creation of innovative sounds, in 2017 they recorded their new EP, 'Wrapped Spring', four songs in 7’’ format.
