Baywaves are alchemists of sound, project a solar mini-system where funk, psychedelia, pop, electronics and hip-hop planets orbit around a rock-bottomed sun of garage. Of all the musical and personal baggage shared since the publication of their first EP, all new material emerges in which Baywaves deforms the limits of their sound without losing personality or freshness. The Madrid band now have a more ambitious rhythmic component, capable of looking at electronic music without losing the warmth of real instruments. In 2018 they were chosen by The Guardian as one of their future bets.
