'Àer' is a piece of contemporary dance and electronic music that reconsiders the popular ‘contrapàs’ traditional dance from a current, personal and subjective perspective of the social moment. 'Àer' reflects on the origin and execution of the ‘contrapàs’, of religious origin, solemn and, according to some experts, originally executed solely by men. Thus ots solemn, serious nature remains to build a choreography in which gender loses importance to be danced by men and women. ‘Àer’ won the third edition of the Delfí Colomé Award.
