Program Fira B! 2019

Modulatus project is a duo made up of Portuguese singer Laura Rui and Brazilian guitarist Iury Matias. In a context of creative character and improvisation, a dialogue between Brazilians, Portuguese and jazz emerges, where the rhythm and sounds of the world play a central role in the design of the arrangements and the repertoire chosen by the duo. The Modulatus project is also a laboratory of original compositions where experimentation and spontaneity know no limits and where life, the sea, land and time play a central role in their lyrics and melodies.
