'Bistec' is a journey through the memory of the protagonist to explain herself to her grandmother, sick of Alzheimer's, a work by Núria Sbert that connects to the most intimate aspects of life. Detaching realities, entering into the most personal and visceral thoughts. A piece where dichotomies go hand in hand and give meaning to reality: old age and childhood, past and present, oblivion and memory. A girl, a teenager, a woman who first relates her life to grandma, who is no longer able to remember. An inverse story, built from memories, anecdotes and small conversations.
