Neuma is a flute quartet: a combination offering an undeniably unique sonority. A dynamic, insatiable chamber group set to get up on stage and reach audiences with close-up, creative performances.

Neuma present ORIGEN, their first album, reaffirming the group’s essence and identity. Origen is both an arrival and a starting point, a show that constitutes the implicit raison d’être of the project. The power of roots shows in both the style of playing and the repertoire, featuring contemporary works, original creations for the ensemble; works related to nature, the wellspring of life.

Origen highlights the importance of a return to primary principles. Finding intensity in simplicity, the concert experience as a whole, for both audience and performers. Playing for sharing, creating a sincere and direct connection. Chamber music in essence.
