Maria Florit, Menorcan composer and guitarist, is immersed in the release of her first record, Manies que tenc, a four-song EP that she releases this fall through the independent label Plas Plas. She is a restless artist with a long career on the six strings. She has been part, as a solo guitarist, of different groups, where SR. Canario, the side project of the musician Dani Vega (Mishima) or the live band of the Valencian Neus Ferri. After living in Barcelona and London she returns to Menorca where she continues to develop her creativity. In 2021 she is one of the members of Encuentro, a group of six Menorcan singer-songwriters, with whom she wins the Pedra en Viu Award, an award given by the Pedra Viva Festival.
