Creativity, game and great musical ambitions. The main ingredient of this innovative duo is something powerful: enthusiasm, the desire to live the sound! Original music and lyrics rooted in the popular culture of Cuba and Sicily, their places of origin. In this island sound space, surrounded by a sea of jazz creativity, the audience will be invited to follow “in the footsteps of Beni Xangó”. Benito or more popularly “Beni” from Palermo, the Sicilian black saint, is the object of veneration by Afro-descendant communities in various parts of Latin America. His figure is often associated with Xangó, the deity of the drum, following the typical syncretism of Santeria.
