A teacher is accused of indoctrination after choosing an allegedly controversial song for her school's annual Spring Festival. What at first glance might seem like a passing problem turns into a real headache that will shake all the members of the educational community: to what extent can the demands of a minority influence the structure of an entire educational centre? Primavera de bèsties, winner of the 2020 Padre Colom Mediterranean Theatre Prize, is a social drama inspired by real events that puts its finger on the sore point of ideological manipulation, conflicts of interest and tension as a tool to achieve power.

Ovnipresents was born in 2015 from a meeting of four young people, Bel Albertí, Miquel Mas Fiol, Bet Palou and Joan Seguí who, starting from the same passion for the world of the performing arts, decided to deploy their creativity and with very few resources they premiered their first play, the comedy Passatgers de Braianer (2015), written and directed by Miquel Mas Fiol. The company, with a young and critical voice, is characterised by a continuous exploration and innovation in theatrical languages, always with a humorous and reflective touch towards contemporary Mallorcan society. Highlights include their own creations such as Recursos Inhumanos (2016), Se inundada Venecia (2017), performed both in Mallorca and Barcelona with more than two thousand spectators in attendance; the erotic micro-theatres Fent Amics and Le Fetiche (2017, 2018), and the short play Un año más (2019).
In addition, they have been the company in charge of representing the dramatised routes in the Consolat de Mar and the Palau del Consell de Mallorca (2019, 2020), as well as being in charge of recording the short film ¿Quién vive aquí? (2020), commissioned by the Consell de Mallorca to publicise the Palau del Consell building. Thus, with all this and with little more than six years of experience, they have presented their pieces between Mallorca and Barcelona, achieving the recognition of the critics and the public, revalidating the title of young emerging company with the greatest projection and diffusion. They are currently launching the tour of Sa Pesta 2020 (2020), an adaptation for young people of the play Sa Pesta by Pere Capellà, a production in collaboration with the Town Council of Algaida; and they also organised in June 2020, what would be Albopàs. I Festival de Teatro Alejandro Ballester, with the support of the Sa Pobla Town Council. Thus, the production of Primavera de bèsties, a play that won the Pare Colom Theatre Award in Inca, represents a further step in its consolidation as a company and producer of performing arts in the Balearic Islands.
