Ella, regadera can speaks to us of the wild energy of women. Creative, intuitive and somewhat crazy impulses that go beyond the norm and flow out of the body like water from a watering can. The inevitability of these impulses reminds us of rainwater falling uncontrollably, the innocence of a child playing completely oblivious to danger. Creative abundance, too often repressed, always bubbles to the surface, sometimes uncontrollably, wildly, roaring hungrily. Stop to listen and ask, what do I need, what do I want to call out to the world, what happens when I go with my gut? When we get to listen to that emotional truth, that intuitive wisdom, we become like children again. Without fear of being judged, without understanding yet the social norms, the established conventions. We can dance like the watering cans do.
