At Oficis oblidats we want to value memory, and art serves us to make visible the trades that have been lost or that have gradually disappeared, those that were important in other times. An intergenerational show that brings together realities, sensibilities and artistic disciplines through dance, music and plastic arts. The work with recycled materials allows them to be given a second life, as well as the trades represented, which the audience proposes in each performance. Urgeles, Zanoguera and lngold aim to explore each of these trades in depth, using creative and compositional tools that they have developed individually and together. A compendium of reactions to stimuli from their other two companions, whose aim is to rediscover and remember these forgotten professions, but creating a totally new show in each performance.
Úrsula Urgeles, dance
Aina Zanoguera, music
Diego Ingold, plastic arts
Creation, direction and interpretation of the three
The company was born from the union between 3 artists due to the need to work in collaboration between the 3 disciplines and to bring to the stage the 3 great sensibilities that we find in the creation of this first show. Ursula Urgelés has developed her dance career between the Balearic Islands and Catalonia, has worked with renowned choreographers and dancers, has received awards and is currently part of the young company of the Nederlands Dans Theater in The Hague. Aina Zanoguera has developed her career in music and textual interpretation, dance and movement and music in the Balearic Islands and has collaborated with great creators of the performing arts. She is currently part of the show "Les petites coses de la Cia La Mecànica" among many other projects. Diego Ingold is a visual artist, actor, director, theatrical improviser and physical theatre teacher. His work as a creator of various disciplines has led him to travel all over the world, he has received awards and has excelled in both training and performance projects in the field of improvisation and in creation as part of the company Hermanas Picohueso.
