KamBrass is one of the most promising groups on the current music scene. Curiosity and passion for chamber music are the incentives shared by the five friends to create this project. The interest in the premiere of unpublished works, original music for the ensemble and idiomatic arrangements establish versatility as a hallmark, represented through the repertoire of each concert. Always with musicality as the backbone.
Awarded with several prizes such as 1st Prize of the Philip Jones Brass, 2nd Prize of the Anton Garcia Abril Competition, 2nd Prize of the Romanesque Chamber. KamBrass was also nominated for the Prix Credit Suisse 2022. In 2021, they won the American Brass Quintet Prize and in 2020 they received 2nd prize in the Orpheus Swiss Chamber Music Competition.
They have performed at renowned festivals such as Barcelona Obertura, Palma Clásica, Musikdorf Ernen Festival, Adelboden Festival, Davos Festival, Luzerner Orchesterhaus.
