Ses Honorables Virtuts Il·lògiques is formed by Diego Martínez González, clown and musician, and Jèssica Ferrer Escandell, poet and performer. We combine music, words and objects with our artistic skills and the honorable illogical virtues we have acquired over the years. With Ses Honorables Virtuts Il·lògiques we recover the link between poetry and orality, playing with the presence of the body, words, objects and various sonorities. We create a scenic environment where soundscapes, musical sequences and atmospheres are constructed to welcome the poems recited, and which convey the journey to which the listener-spectator is invited. To do this, we take care of all the elements we introduce, and we play with the possibilities they offer us. We combine unconventional instruments (toy piano, spoons, mouth harp, toys, mini guitar...) with other more typical ones (accordion, maracas, tambourine...) which, in some cases, are superimposed and create sequences with a loop pedal, on top of which the poetry is called. In short, it is a multidisciplinary proposal, with multicultural roots and at the same time ultra-local, that takes place in a journey that starts with music and words, and rocks in the body, movement, humour and the relationship with the space and the different elements. An experience, a journey, a path: an invitation to dream.
