Rubén Carretero Galindo. Social educator and artistic director of the Clownómadas Company (09/10/1985). He began his career as a professional clown in 2008 with Txicolini of Circo Culipardo at the Teatro de la Sensación. He trained with masters of the stature of Leo Bassi, Fanny Giraud, Jonnhy Melville or Eric de Bont among many other professional clowns and passed through schools such as Bont't International Clownschool, La Estupenda, de los Estupendos Estupidos or Noveu Colomber, among others. In all these years he has performed in many cabarets and circus festivals internationally. In 2015 the project ‘Clownómadas Caravane Circus’ was born, with which he travels the country by means of a circus-house in order to take the circus to every corner of Brazil. Even to places where it had not yet reached, such as the Amazon jungle. He travelled 25,000 km in almost a year and a half, passing through a multitude of places and meeting artists from all over Latin America. He performs in circus festivals in Brazil, but above all he develops his work in the streets of the country.

After finishing this project, he returns to Mallorca in 2018, where he founds Clownómadas, to continue growing artistically and to be able to continue developing new projects. After winning a prize in the Circ Match of the Mostra de Circ de Alcudia “Circaire 2018”, the following year he premieres there UTOPÍA, his first show for theater. It is a clown and magic show full of surprises, with a tender touch and a lot of humor, and is the first professional production created for medium-sized theaters. In 2023, they present their second production, Els Llibres màgics, a magic and clown show for the promotion of reading aimed at schools and libraries. In 2024, they bet for a street format, always being faithful to their style of show without text and multidisciplinary (Clown, magic, circus) their new show.
